Pool Deck & Patio for Southwest Florida homes
Pavers, travertine, screen enclosures, and patios cleaned and brightened safely.
What it is
Pool Deck & Patio done the right way.
Pavers, travertine, screen enclosures, lanais, and pool decks all collect mildew, leaf stains, and that orange Florida grime. We use the right pressure for each surface so we clean deep without etching pavers, blowing apart screens, or damaging coping.
What's included
- Pool deck pressure clean or soft wash (surface-appropriate)
- Screen enclosure soft wash (top to bottom)
- Lanai floor and walls
- Pavers and travertine
- Pool coping detail
- Mildew kill treatment + rinse
How we work
- 1 Inspect the surfaces and pick the right tool for each — surface cleaner, soft-wash, or low-pressure detail.
- 2 Pre-treat mildew on screens and ceilings with a kill-and-rinse solution.
- 3 Clean the deck floor.
- 4 Soft-wash screens, posts, and ceiling.
- 5 Detail the pool coping and any decorative tile.
- 6 Rinse and walk you through the whole space.
FAQ
Pool Deck & Patio questions.
Will it damage my screen?
No — soft washing screens uses lower pressure than a garden hose. We'd never aim a pressure tip at a screen. Damage comes from inexperienced operators using the wrong tool.
What about pavers?
Pavers handle pressure well, but the joint sand can wash out. We work the surface, not the joints, and re-sand if you'd like — just ask.
Can you clean while I have the pool open?
Yes. We protect the pool surface with a tarp during chemical work and time the rinse so nothing reaches the water. We've never contaminated a pool.
