I'm Felix — firefighter, paramedic, and the guy who's actually washing your house.

I started Burnt Store Pressure Pros because I wanted neighbors in Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte to have someone they could trust with the outside of the home they worked their whole life for. Not a franchise. Not a guy who shows up once and never comes back.

What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Soft washing uses low pressure (about the force of a garden hose) combined with a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew at the root. Pressure washing uses high water pressure to physically blast off dirt. Roofs, painted siding, screens, and softer surfaces need soft wash. Driveways, concrete, and pavers handle pressure washing. We use whichever the surface needs — no one-size-fits-all.
How much does it cost?
Most single-family homes in SW Florida run between $300 and $700 depending on size, height, and how much algae has built up. We give you a firm written quote within 24 hours of getting your address — no surprises, no high-pressure sales.
Will pressure washing damage my roof or paint?
Done wrong, yes. Done right, no. We never aim a pressure tip at shingles or screens. Roofs and painted siding get a chemical soft-wash treatment that lifts the staining without ever exceeding garden-hose pressure. That's why we don't lose paint or break shingles.
How long does a typical job take?
A standard driveway is 1–2 hours. A full house soft wash is 2–4 hours. A roof cleaning is 1–3 hours depending on size and pitch. Most full-property jobs are done in a single visit.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes. Burnt Store Pressure Pros is fully insured and operates legally in Lee, Charlotte, Collier, and Sarasota counties. We can send you our certificate of insurance on request.
