1. Non-Refundable Payments Deposits: All deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable. Deposits secure your service appointment and are considered a scheduling fee. Service Payments: Payments made upon service completion are also non-refundable under normal circumstances. 2. Exceptions Refunds may be issued solely at the discretion of Burnt Store Pressure Pros under the following conditions: If the service is canceled by Burnt Store Pressure Pros due to unforeseen circumstances. If the company determines that the service cannot be completed as agreed upon. 3. Cancellation Policy Impact on Refunds Cancellations by Clients: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will forfeit the deposit but will not incur additional charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date or no-shows will result in a charge of 10% of the total service cost, which is non-refundable. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit to secure a new appointment. 4. Late Payments Payments not made at the time of service completion are subject to a late fee of 10% per day until the balance is paid in full. Late fees are non-refundable. 5. Dissatisfaction with Service Burnt Store Pressure Pros strives to provide high-quality services and guarantees the quality of our work. However, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction unless there is clear evidence of a failure to meet agreed-upon service standards. In such cases, we may offer to re-perform the service at no additional cost. 6.
